+--------------------------------+The screen flickers and a serious middle-aged woman appears behind the static. The picture settles quickly and the woman turns to address the camera in a confident voice:

"This here message is an introduction to all you folks out there - an' I know there's a lot of you, an' all - lookin' to get somewhat to someplace without trustin' it to the untold vagaries of the postal service, or forkin' out heaven-knows-how-many credits with only the most slender of assurances of delivery. You folk wouldn't actually choose to transport things in that fashion if you had an option, ain't it so? Particularly not if the thing is precious for one reason or another."

She pauses and smiles lop-sidedly at the camera.

"So why are you seein' an hearin' this?" Another pause, and the woman's warm tones rumble on soothingly:

"Because I reckon I am that option you're lookin' for. My job is to do exactly that - get somewhat to someplace safely an' speedily an' cheaply."

She smiles again and settles her hands in her lap.

"They call what I do courierin', an' I would consider it my duty an' my pleasure to accompany the precious commodity of your choice - be that vegetable, animal, mineral or binary - from one corner of the 'Verse to the other. If you have anythin' - an' I really do mean anythin' - that you need to get from A to B, but don't want to trust it to the postal service, please do consider gettin' in touch with me."

The screen flickers once and fades to a starry sky with the following words emblazoned on it boldly: 'SAIENNE OLAENO - Interplanetary Courier - specialising in portable property and secure data transfer - wave me for business rates and further details'.
